Right of withdrawal
It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days of receipt of goods (it will be tracking of the courier or the date of the invoice in case of withdrawal of the goods at our SDA) by sending an email to info@birralara.it and following the instructions for the return procedure explained
If the return right is exercised in the manner and time limits specified, after receiving and checking the status of the returned products within 10 working days, the Microbrewery Lara will refund the amount paid by the customer for the purchase of items returned or to issue a voucher of equal value in accordance with the customer.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
